My Approach
I have loved movement since taking my first dance class at seven years old. Through years of dance training and working through my own injuries, I developed a deep understanding of anatomical alignment and functional movement patterns.
My approach is entirely client-centered. Each session is guided by how your body is moving in the moment—identifying patterns that feel restricted, imbalanced, or are creating unnecessary tension. Rather than leading you through exercises for movement’s sake, I let your body inform the work, allowing sessions to evolve intuitively and intentionally.
My goal is that clients leave each session feeling stronger but also with a deeper understanding of how their particular body moves. I am to provide a practical tool box that clients can take with them into other workouts and daily life, helping them move confidently, stay injury free and feel empowered in their bodies.
I believe movement is both healing and joyful. I bring an uplifting, playful energy into each session, encouraging curiosity, laughter, and a sense of ease—even when the work is challenging.
I especially love working with pre- and postnatal clients, although I have extensive experience supporting a wide range of injuries. I am confident in my ability to provide thoughtful, effective instruction for individuals at all stages of life and movement.
My Training
With 10+ years of experience, I have had the honor of working with many notable instructors throughout my training and I remain a lifelong student- always curious and eager to learn more.
